1. Tourists should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the trip. Those who are prone to motion sickness should prepare related medicines: Zhangjiajie and most scenic spots are special no-smoking zones, and you should ask the tour guide before smoking. 14. Since 2009, Hunan Province has proposed the construction of a Blue Sky and Clear Water Project, advocating energy conservation and environmental protection. Some hotels in the province may not provide free disposable supplies, so please bring your own. Due to the limited reception capacity of our agency, we regret that we cannot receive elderly people over 75 years old and pregnant women.
