Iron Gate Estate is a boutique, award-winning winery located in Pokolbin. It has vineyards planted with Hunter Valley white grape varieties like Semillon, Chardonnay, and Verdelho, as well as red varieties including Shiraz, Cabernet, Tempranillo, and Albarino. Visitors spend about 75 minutes tasting wines here.

This stop offers a tasting of premium wines from small Hunter Valley producers such as Helé Family, Lisa McGuigan, Andrew Margan, Stormy Ridge, Domaine de Binet, and Winmark. The wine tasting is paired with local cheeses. The visit lasts around 45 minutes.
