Hwadam Botanic Garden and Gwangmyeong Caves are not suitable for the elderly, pregnant women, young children and people with limited mobility due to the large number of steps and steep slopes. We recommend that you carefully arrange your itinerary according to your own circumstances. Hwadam Forest operates on a reservation-only system. As advance reservations may not be available to foreign visitors, overseas guests may purchase admission tickets directly at the on-site ticket office by presenting their passport. Tickets must be purchased in person by the actual visitor, and travel agencies or tour operators are unable to purchase tickets on guests’ behalf. This is an official ticketing policy of Hwadam Forest, not a rule set by the tour operator. Monorail tickets must also be purchased separately on-site by guests. The itinerary is for reference only.
