This full-day wildlife tour lasts about eight hours and begins with a 45-minute stop in downtown Isla Mujeres, where you can walk along the malecon or shop for souvenirs. Next, the tour continues to Isla Contoy, a protected national park and ecological reserve known for its untouched environment. Here, a certified bilingual guide leads a two-and-a-half-hour walk to observe the island's unique plants and animals. After the nature tour, the group snorkels for 30 minutes at Ixlache Reef, part of the second largest barrier reef in the world, weather permitting for adults. A light breakfast is provided at the start, and lunch includes a buffet with vegetarian choices and the local Tikinxic fish, freshly prepared with local spices, along with grilled chicken, salad, and drinks from an open domestic bar offering water, soft drinks, beer, and cocktails. Transportation is provided roundtrip from most hotels in Cancun and Playa del Carmen when the appropriate option is selected. The return trip to Cancun concludes with the boat crew ensuring a lively atmosphere. Sterilized snorkeling gear is included for use during the reef stop.

Join us in this eco-adventure snorkeling tour to the only virgin island in the Mexican Caribbean the national park and ecological reserve of Contoy Island. Experience its unique flora and fauna with our certified bilingual guides, and snorkel at the scenic Ixlache reef which marks the start of the 2nd largest reef barrier in the world. This also includes a gastronomic experience during lunch, the famous Tikinxic fish will be served, fresh out of the water, broiled and marinated in local spices along with grilled chicken, salad and your favorite drink, an open domestic bar is also included in the tour (soft drinks, beer and cocktails). Before Contoy Island we will make a 45 minute stop in downtown Isla Mujeres, this is the perfect time for souvenirs or just walking around in it's beautiful "malecon". After lunch in Contoy, expect a very joyfull return to Cancun with our fantastic crew!
