We host a Japanese home cooking class in Fukushima, Osaka, a highly convenient area with easy access from Umeda and Namba. The class takes place in a typical Japanese detached house kitchen, offering an authentic and local experience. You will cook together with a mother who has over 30 years of experience as a homemaker. You can choose your menu from five types of classic Japanese home-style dishes. After cooking, you will enjoy the dishes you prepared. The lesson, including cooking and tasting, lasts approximately two hours. The recipes use simple ingredients that are relatively easy to find in many countries, making them easy to recreate at home. Let’s cook together while chatting and having fun, in a relaxed atmosphere that feels just like visiting a friend’s home.
