Eco Land Theme Park covers a large area of virgin forest with a historic steam locomotive and is an alternative to the Manjanggul Lava Tube, which is closed for construction until August 2025. The Manjanggul Lava Tube, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is the world’s largest lava tube but currently closed; during closures, Jeju Stone Park or Eco Land Theme Park are offered instead. The Haenyeo Museum is available as an alternative on rainy days or when the lava tube is closed, showcasing exhibits on Jeju’s female divers and local culture. Additional fees apply for admission to attractions, food, personal expenses, cruise port pickups, remote pick-up and drop-off outside downtown Jeju City, and mileage exceeding 130 kilometers per day. Extended hours and extra mileage incur additional charges payable directly to the driver or guide depending on the vehicle type.

Eco Land Theme Park covers approximately 991,735㎡ of Gotjawal virgin forest and features a Lincoln Locomotive handmade in England, modeled after the 1800s Baldwin steam locomotive. The Gotjawal Forest in Gyorae, where Eco Land is situated, contains large amounts of underground water and has high heat conservation and moisturizing effects, making it a forest where northern and southern limit line nature coexist. The forest covers volcanic rocks and the sky, creating a habitat for various animals and plants. Manjanggul Lava Tube [UNESCO World Heritage] is currently closed for construction to prevent falls and is expected to reopen in August 2025. During this period, visits to Manjanggul are replaced by either Jeju Stone Park or Eco Land Theme Park.
