Availability of each experience package varies depending on the season and time of visit. We offer full Mandarin Chinese service for seamless communication. English and Japanese signage is available in-store for the convenience of international travelers. Please return the rented kimono, yukata, or uniform by 18:00 on the same day. Late Returns: JPY 1,500 per person/hour will be charged starting from 18:00; JPY 2,000 per person/half-hour will be charged starting from 19:00. For returns after 19:00, we recommend returning the items the following day for a fee of ¥2,000 per item. You can choose to return the items to the store the next day, mail them back, or return them in a coin locker at JR Kamakura Station. If you have any questions, please contact us via email and provide your order name and reservation number for confirmation.
