For first-time visitors, we recommend the beginner's route ①: Taisho Pond Bus Terminal to Taisho Pond to Tashiro Pond to Kappa Bridge to Kamikochi Bus Terminal You can complete all the important sights of Kamikochi without retracing your steps. The entire journey is about 3.5km and takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. The trail is flat and easy to walk, and the continuous magnificent mountain scenery along the way will definitely make you linger! Hiking expert route ②: Kamikochi Bus Terminal to Kappa Bridge to Myojin Bridge to Hotaka Shrine Okumiya & Myojin Pond to Dakesawa Wetland to Kamikochi Bus Terminal Don't miss the 5.6km advanced route. Walk along the Azusa River to Myojin Bridge, and immerse yourself in the beautiful mountain and river scenery for 2 to 2.5 hours, experiencing a tranquility different from that of Kappa Bridge.
