[Regarding Reservation Time]Late arrivals may not be able to receive hair styling or kimono dressing. Please arrive at your reserved time. [For Customers Doing Self Hair Styling]We provide a free space equipped with makeup items, hair accessories, and hair irons for self-styling. Five free dressers are available, so groups can enjoy at their own pace. [About Luggage]While strolling in a kimono, we can store all large luggage and extra clothing (excluding valuables). [Time Required Before Going Out]We recommend allowing approximately 90 minutes. During holidays and peak travel seasons, it may be crowded, so please reserve with enough time. [Women’s Kimono Sizes]Women’s kimono sizes are adjustable (suitable for height 145–175 cm, hip up to 115 cm). Please note that those outside this range may not be able to wear a kimono. [Children’s Kimono]Casual children’s kimono are available for both boys and girls, sizes 90–130 cm, but quantity is limited. Specific color or pattern requests may not always be fulfilled. [Winter Season Cold-Weather Measures]From December to March, we recommend wearing warm underlayers such as heat-tech tops and bottoms. Warm clothing is provided for free. During snowy seasons, feet can be very slippery, so free half-boots are available for men and women.
