The Kauai Na Pali Coast Boat Tour takes place aboard the Amelia K catamaran, departing from Waimea Harbor in Kauai. This shared catamaran trip lasts about five hours and follows the Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park. The boat navigates close to sea caves when weather conditions allow. During the summer months, passengers can snorkel in clear waters using provided snorkel equipment. In the winter season, the tour focuses on whale watching and enjoying the sunset instead of snorkeling. The tour includes a lunch that must be pre-ordered at least 24 hours in advance, with options such as ham, turkey, roast beef, peanut butter and jelly, or vegetarian sandwiches; gluten-free bread is available upon request. Snacks, water, and soft drinks are also provided on board. Restrooms are available on the catamaran. The boat passes by Waimea Canyon State Park, known as the Grand Canyon of the Pacific, which extends over 14 miles in length and reaches depths of more than 3,600 feet. The company operating the tour is a Native family business that has served the Waimea community for 200 years. During the tour, the crew shares their family history and culture related to the Na Pali Coast. Photography opportunities are included, as well as insurance for visitors. This tour does not include pick-up or drop-off service.

Na Pali Coast State Wilderness Park
The boat tour navigates the Na Pali Coast during a five-hour trip. In winter (late November to April), snorkeling is not offered and tours focus on whale watching and sunset views.
