Please follow the arrangement on the day Any medical costs incurred due to skiing accidents among visitors should be shouldered by those involved For safety precautions, don't enter the skiing area without ski suits on. As such, participants without ski suits are not allowed to enter the skiing area and are advised to stay in the catering area Ski or Snowboard equipment needs to be reserved in advance. No changes can be made onsite Should the activity be cancelled due to inclement weather, you will receive an email from the operator by 13:00 on the day before the scheduled activity date Changes to reservation details, departure date, or number of participants within 2 days before departure will incur a handling fee of JPY 2,000 per person.
