On the way, the group stops briefly at Torre del Gerro, where a guide provides a short history of the tower while still on the kayaks. Upon arrival at Cova Tallada, the group takes a guided walk inside the cave using lanterns for illumination. After exploring the cave, a light lunch is provided. The excursion continues with snorkeling in the natural pool located near the cave entrance, using provided snorkeling gear. Finally, the group returns by kayak to the original cove where the activity began. This three-hour excursion is led by certified guides authorized by Montgó Natural Park, who also share information about the area's history, wildlife, and local stories. It is suitable for participants without prior kayaking experience but requires basic swimming ability. Included are accident insurance, bottled water, snacks, lanterns for the cave walk, snorkeling equipment, and neoprene suits depending on the season. Participants should bring their own closed footwear for walking on wet rocks and sun protection such as hats, sunglasses, or sunscreen, as these are not provided.
