This kayaking tour takes place on the Upper Mreznica River near Slunj in Croatia. The river flows through a canyon with travertine formations that create 15 waterfalls within a distance of 3 kilometers. The highest waterfall is 8 meters tall, where participants can choose to jump into the water or walk around it. Between the waterfalls, the river forms warm pools that allow for resting and easy paddling. The tour lasts about three hours and involves calm water sections with short paddling distances. It is suitable for children aged 6 and older as well as adults, since the water between falls is calm and the paddling is not strenuous. A licensed guide accompanies the group and manages each kayak individually when navigating the waterfalls to ensure safety. The tour includes all necessary equipment, local transfers, licensed guides, and all fees and taxes.
