Introduced by Kodak in 1965, Super 8 became an iconic format for home movies and filmmaking, loved for its warm colors, organic grain, and beautifully imperfect texture that digital filters cannot truly replicate. A professional cinematographer from DAYFORRECORD will film your experience in Seoul using a real Super 8 camera. No experience in front of the camera is needed—we will gently guide your movements and poses throughout the shoot. After filming, your film is professionally developed and digitally scanned at our own film lab, then edited into a cinematic travel film. More than a souvenir, it is your time in Seoul preserved on real film.

No modeling or filming experience is needed — we will guide you on where to look, walk, and move naturally. Don’t worry about perfect poses. Simply enjoy exploring Seoul. Walking, looking at each other, laughing, talking, or playful moments often create the most beautiful Super 8 footage. FILMING LOCATIONS Choose one of five iconic Seoul locations: Gyeongbokgung Palace Traditional Korean architecture and palace scenery pair beautifully with the timeless texture of Super 8. An excellent choice if you plan to wear hanbok. Bukchon Hanok Village Traditional hanok houses and narrow alleys create an intimate, romantic atmosphere with a distinctly Korean character. Myeongdong Neon signs, busy streets, shops, and crowds make this perfect for an energetic, urban Seoul film. N Seoul Tower Capture Seoul’s skyline and city views for a more open and romantic atmosphere. Gwangjang Market Colorful food stalls, narrow market alleys, and local energy create lively, documentary-style Super 8 footage. For the best film, forget about the camera and simply enjoy the moment. We will take care of capturing it.
Departure: Meet the operator at your selected meeting point. Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. Meet your cinematographer at Gwanghwamun Gate, the main entrance of Gyeongbokgung Palace, 10 minutes before your session. After a brief introduction, filming will begin. Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.
