Overview

This four-hour Thai cooking class takes place in Koh Samui at Island Organics Samui, which has operated since 2012. The class is led by chef Lat in a purpose-built Thai kitchen. Participants learn to prepare four traditional Thai dishes, including making curry pastes, coconut cream, and herbal drinks. The experience includes a guided tour of the organic micro-farm where the ingredients are grown, demonstrating the farm to table process. All necessary ingredients, professional cooking equipment, and drinking water are provided. Lunch featuring the prepared dishes is included. At 'Island Organics Thai Cooking Class' Chef Lat will teach you 4 traditional Thai recipes all easy to recreate back at home plus make coconut cream, curry paste & a herbal drink. You will prep & cook yourself !
