The Kona Manta Ray Night Snorkel tour takes place on the Big Island of Hawaii. The tour departs at 6 p.m. and lasts about 80 minutes, ending by 10 p.m. Participants spend approximately 25 to 30 minutes snorkeling in the water near manta rays, observing these large creatures as they swim close by. The remaining time includes about 50 minutes of boat travel to and from the snorkeling site. All participants must be experienced swimmers with basic snorkeling skills and be in good health. Children aged 5 and older are allowed to join. Due to the type of boat used, service animals are not permitted on board. Anyone weighing 260 pounds or more, up to 320 pounds, must purchase an additional seat. The tour includes the Kona manta ray snorkeling experience, all taxes, fees, handling charges, and fuel surcharge. Gratuities and hotel transfers are not included. If no manta ray sightings occur during the tour, a free re-ride is offered.
