Overview

The highlight of this full-day tour from Split is visiting the Skradinski Buk area in Krka National Park, where seven waterfalls flow into the river. Travelers get about two and a half hours inside the park, which includes a boat ride across the Krka River. Visitors can choose a guided 45-minute walk to learn about the park’s natural and historical sites, or explore independently for longer. Afterward, the group returns to the nearby town of Skradin for around an hour and a half of free time. During this period, participants may join an optional 30-minute wine-tasting tour or use the time to swim, eat, or stroll through Skradin’s streets. The tour begins early morning in Split, with a one-hour coach ride to Skradin. The guide handles park ticket purchases to avoid lines. The coach is air-conditioned, and the guide offers commentary throughout. The return to Split is scheduled for about 5:15 to 5:30 p.m. Included are round-trip transfers, the guided park tour including the Ethno Museum, old watermills, and the first European hydroelectric power station, the boat cruise on the Krka River, free time for swimming in Skradin, and insurance. Park entry tickets, wine tasting, and gratuities are not included.
