Transportation tickets for Ogizawa to Tateyama Station have been prepared in advance by us, so there's no need to worry about purchasing tickets on-site. Please feel free to place your order! This trip departs from Nagoya, heading straight to Kamikochi on the first day! Step into this "secret realm of the Japanese Alps" under the warm autumn sun, stroll along the Azusa River, watch golden fallen leaves float on the surface of Taisho Pond, and see red maples reflecting the snowy mountains by Kappa Bridge. A light hike will fill your eyes with the vibrant autumn scenery. Stay at Hakuba Sun Valley Hotel in the evening, enjoy local delicacies 🍱, and have a good night's sleep! On the second day, after breakfast at the hotel, depart from Ogizawa to explore autumn in Tateyama Kurobe. Take a tunnel bus to Kurobe Dam to see rainbows and red leaves in the mist of the flood discharge; cross the valley by aerial cable car, with a forest of orange and crimson below, and a glimpse of the first snow on the mountain top; finally, visit Murodo Plateau, where the volcanic landscape complements the unique autumn scenery. The time for ascending Mount Tateyama is primarily determined by the facilities. If the facility provides an earlier ascent time, making it impossible to use the hotel breakfast, a meal box will be provided for consumption on the tour bus; alternatively, a cash allowance of JPY 1,000 per person will be issued for travelers to freely purchase breakfast. Infants under 2 years old participating for free will not receive the cash allowance. Due to restrictions on the opening date of Kamikochi, if Kamikochi is not open on April 14th, the itinerary will be changed to Shirakawa-go + Takayama. Arrive at Shirakawa-go at 10:20 (stay for 1.5 hours). Arrive at Takayama at 12:50 (stay for 2 hours). Depart from Takayama at 15:00 for Hakuba Hotel, arriving and checking in around 18:00.
