Overview

Escape the urban hustle and bustle and embark on a one-day journey that condenses the essence of Kyoto. In the morning, we will depart from Osaka and head directly to the ancient capital of Kyoto by private car. First, we will visit Sanzen-in Temple, hidden in the mountains. Stroll through its tranquil Japanese dry landscape garden, discover the cute little Jizo statues nestled among the moss, and experience a moment of Zen. Afterward, we will proceed to the mysterious Kifune Shrine, where you can experience the unique "water fortune-telling" by the gurgling stream and pray for good relationships on the path guarded by a thousand lanterns. In the afternoon, wander through the picturesque scenery of Arashiyama. You will traverse rustling bamboo groves, pause at the romantic Togetsukyo Bridge, and can take the Sagano Romantic Train along the Hozugawa River gorge, taking in the breathtaking seasonal changes. We offer exquisite small group tours of up to 9 people with a Chinese-speaking driver-guide. The itinerary is well-paced, allowing you to easily appreciate Kyoto's nature, history, and spiritual charm in one trip.
