📝Self-service ordering guide
1. The main product page only displays basic first-level packages (women's kimono/yukata (including basic hairstyle), men's kimono), and complete style upgrade options will not be displayed on the homepage.
2. Please click the orange [Book Now] button at the bottom of the page to enter the booking options page.
3. On the booking page: first select your experience date, then you can see all second-level styles: basic kimono, general kimono/retro kimono, lace kimono, visiting kimono, furisode hanhaba obi, high-end furisode.
4. According to the number of travelers, click the plus or minus sign of the corresponding style to select the quantity, confirm that the amount is correct, complete the submission and payment, and the order will be confirmed immediately.

⚠️Important Notes for Reservations and Store Visits 1. Early Opening Reservation Rules 9:00 AM is an early opening slot; please be sure to arrive on time. If you cannot guarantee a timely arrival, it is recommended to choose the 9:30 AM slot. If you are late for a 9:00 AM reservation, an early opening overtime fee of 1000 JPY per person will be charged on-site. 2. Experience Duration The entire process of selecting a kimono, dressing, and basic hairstyling at the store takes 45-80 minutes. The duration is affected by the store's daily customer traffic, so please allow ample time for your visit. 3. Kimono Return Requirements Kimono must be returned by 5:00 PM on the day of the experience. For returns within 30 minutes of the deadline: an additional fee of 1000 JPY per person will be charged on-site; If you need to return the kimono on the following day, you must contact the store staff in advance to request permission. 4. Handling of Late Arrivals If you are more than 30 minutes late, immediate service cannot be guaranteed. The store will reschedule your experience based on available slots, and we ask for your understanding. 5. Order Cancellation and Modification Rules Cancellations and modifications can only be requested 24 hours before the activity starts; packages are only valid for use on the selected experience date, and orders are confirmed immediately upon payment.

For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this experience. Please return the kimono by 17:00 on the same day. If the return is delayed, an overtime fee of JPY 1000 per person will be charged for delays within 30 minutes. The actual situation is subject to the on-site staff's notification. If you wish to return the kimono the following day, please inform the staff in advance and pay an additional fee of JPY 1000 per person on-site, as well as a deposit of JPY 10,000 per person. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the garment. Please return the garment by 15:00 the following day. Please do not damage or lose the costumes and accessories. We offer complimentary luggage storage (we do not accept storage of valuables such as cameras, passports, etc., please keep these with you). The basic kimono plan has fewer style options. You can only choose from the 20 selected kimonos of the day.
