To avoid crowds, it is recommended to prepare early. A late return fee will be charged for delayed returns. Luggage can be stored for free when renting and returning at the same store. If you need to return at a different store (between Gion Main Store and Kiyomizu-dera Store), please confirm with staff on-site. For cross-store returns, you must take your own clothes and luggage with you; store employees are not responsible for transfer. The latest time to wear a kimono at the store is 3:00 PM. Please be sure to arrive at the store before this time. Reserved guests will be given priority. Please be sure to arrive at the store on time as scheduled. Please be aware that if you are late due to your own reasons, you may need to re-queue. A dressing table and cosmetics are provided free of charge. If you need a staff member to do your makeup, please add the makeup service. The service time in the kimono store is 1.5-2 hours (including choosing clothes, wearing kimonos, doing hairstyles, etc.), which depends on the number of reservations. Please plan your travel time accordingly. Pregnant women are prohibited from experiencing kimonos. We do not accept pregnant women for in-store experiences. Pregnant women should check themselves. Free luggage storage is available for rentals returned to the same store. For returns to a different store (Gion Main Store or Kiyomizu-dera Store), please confirm with the staff on-site. When returning to a different store, please take your belongings and luggage with you; store staff are not responsible for transportation. The latest time to wear a kimono is 16:00. Please be sure to arrive at the store before this time. Please arrive at the store on time for your reservation. Late arrivals due to customer reasons may result in the need to re-queue. Complimentary vanity and cosmetics are provided. Please purchase a makeup package if you would like assistance from a staff member. The service time inside the Kimono store is 1-2 hours (including selecting clothes, wearing Kimono, and styling hair, etc.), depending on the number of reservations.
