Departure time & departure location: According to traveler's needs Journey distance: Total travel distance must be within 300 kilometers (route must be reasonable, no backtracking) Service hours: 08:00-20:00 Driver language: Drivers are randomly assigned Chinese, Japanese, or English speakers, with Chinese drivers prioritized in principle. Vehicle types: Comfort 5-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Comfort 7-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Business 10-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 9 passengers) Minibus 18-seater (including infants and toddlers) (can carry 17 passengers + 10 pieces of 26-inch luggage) Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. If you have oversized luggage or a stroller, please inform us in advance. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload risk: If you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, it is recommended to book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all luggage. Any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended reasonable number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type will be borne by the traveler. The supplier can provide 1 child seat for free. A child seat occupies 1.5 person spaces, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. Please confirm in advance. Additional child seats require an extra fee of 2000 JPY/seat/day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service. 2. The total duration of the chartered service is 10 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are both at hotels or guesthouses within Fukuoka city (for pick-up/drop-off in different locations, empty driving time will be reserved for the driver based on actual conditions or additional fees may apply). If the departure or end location is not in Fukuoka, the service time will be 8 hours. The available service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions. 3. Empty car fee: For departures or endings in different locations, there may be a price difference. If this occurs, customer service will reconfirm with you after you place the order. 4. Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp, or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please enable the "add friend" setting so that local staff in Japan can contact you in time). 5. After placing an order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication regarding itinerary arrangements and vehicles. The supplier will send you driver information 1 day before departure (at the latest, 3 hours before vehicle use). 6. If the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or journey distance, an overtime fee/excess mileage fee will be charged. 7. For a total journey exceeding 300 kilometers, JPY 300 will be charged per kilometer. 8. For consecutive guests who stay in cities outside Fukuoka, an additional driver accommodation fee of JPY 8000 will be required. 9. Overtime rental due to traffic congestion will still incur an additional charge, regardless of natural causes or traffic control. 10. During peak travel seasons, there may be an additional price difference of JPY 10000-20000 (the specific amount will be confirmed by customer service after placing the order; if you have any objections before the order is confirmed, you can cancel the order).
