Depart at noon, first arrive at Huis Ten Bosch to admire the Dutch-style architecture and take photos in the castle; in the evening, start watching the Fireworks Festival, where 22,000 fireworks will be set off. This is one of the largest events in Western Japan. You can see spectacular fireworks filling the night sky, including a one-foot ball competition created by 30 of Japan's most famous fireworks manufacturers, who are world-renowned, and the climax of a giant star mine launching 5,000 fireworks in 5 minutes!

Seats and Vehicles This is a group tour. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but final arrangements are subject to on-site conditions. The type of vehicle used depends on the number of participants and cannot be specified. With a small number of participants, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be more concise. If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. Exceeding this time will incur additional costs (ranging from 5,000–10,000 yen/hour). The itinerary is for reference only. Actual travel, stopover, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, facility maintenance, and other conditions. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. In the event of weather or force majeure causing the suspension of facilities such as cable cars or cruise ships, alternative attractions will be visited, or the duration of stay will be adjusted. No refunds will be given for lateness due to personal reasons, temporary changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group. Seasons and Scenery The visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by the weather, especially in summer when visibility is low. It is recommended to check the weather information before booking. Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not achieved, the tour will still depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be given. Other Notes Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join the tour midway. We recommend wearing light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours. Personal travel and accident insurance are not included in the itinerary. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Travelers should carefully register based on their health conditions. After the tour departs, if it is forced to stop due to natural disasters or force majeure, no fees will be refunded, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs. During peak travel periods on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or early closure of attractions. Please understand that the itinerary and timing may be adjusted on days when traffic restrictions are in place due to the fireworks display. If the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not reached, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 4 days prior to departure. In case of inclement weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour 1 day prior to departure (local time 18:00). You will be notified of the decision via email. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothing. Due to uncontrollable traffic conditions, there may be unavoidable schedule changes. Please avoid planning activities for the evening. Thank you for your understanding.
