This four-hour food and cooking activity begins with a guided tour of La Boquería market in Barcelona, led by a professional chef or their assistant. After exploring the stalls, participants return to the cooking school where they taste 10 different tapas paired with wines while learning about the history of Spanish gastronomy. The main part of the experience is a hands-on cooking class where the chef guides everyone through preparing a full traditional Spanish meal including Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelette, and Crema Catalana. The menu can be customized to fit vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other dietary needs. Drinks are served throughout the tapas tasting, cooking session, and the final meal, presented in an Imperial table setting.

Premium cooking class with chef. All participants cook all the dishes on the Menu. For example, a Paella is cooked for every 2-3. In an emblematic place in Barcelona. In the historic center of the city. It is an 18th century apartment that belongs to a Catalan aristocracy family, completely renovated and maintaining all its majesty.
