The Frrud Winery project began about three years ago when two young men from Altamura restored a historic winery closed for 70 years. They preserved objects over 100 years old and revived traditional winemaking techniques. The museum showcases these artifacts and tells the story of the winery’s history and its connection to the local land. Visitors see the restored cellar and learn about the winery’s past and present.
