Overview

The Lagos Zoo began with a strong passion for animals and has grown into a prominent center for conservation over the last 20 years. With 48 enclosures spread across the grounds, visitors can explore a wide variety of species, from warm-blooded animals to cold-blooded ones, and from creatures of the sky to those of the sea. For animal lovers, there’s enough to keep you engaged for an entire day, with a vast array of animals, from chimpanzees to many others. The zoo also offers a picnic area and a swimming pool, allowing you to bring your lunch and swimwear for a fun, full day of exploration and relaxation!
