Shirahige Shrine Shirahige Shrine is a popular spot on Instagram, where a vibrant red torii gate stands tall above Lake Biwa, creating a strong visual contrast. It is a sacred place full of spiritual energy and great photographic beauty. Lake Biwa Terrace Enjoy the scenic Lake Biwa Terrace from an altitude of 1,100 meters, offering a magnificent and expansive view of Lake Biwa. It is an excellent spot to admire the beauty of nature. Ukimidō Ukimidō is built on the surface of Lake Biwa and connected to the land by a wooden bridge. It appears to "float" on the water, hence its name. Inside the hall, a thousand Buddha statues are enshrined, symbolizing prayers for safe transportation on the lake and the well-being of all beings. La Collina Omihachiman The CLUB HARIE baumkuchen here is renowned as one of the best baumkuchen in Japan. Behind the park, there are many charming art installations, such as small wooden doors only half a person's height and domed earthen houses. Every corner is a perfect spot for photos.
