Overview
This six-hour bus day trip starts with a drive from Ljubljana to Lake Bled, a mountain resort known for its green lake and island. The tour includes an hour-long sightseeing visit around the lake. Next, guests enter Bled Castle, perched on a rocky cliff, where they can explore the historic site and enjoy a serving of traditional Bled cream cake. After the castle, the group takes a 90-minute ride on a wooden "pletna" boat to the island in the lake. The tour is led by an English-speaking guide and includes transportation by car or van.
