The group begins at Incline Village, where participants receive life jackets and a safety briefing. After about 15 minutes, a shuttle transports the group along the northern shoreline to Sand Harbor. There, a guide leads a two-hour paddle past large granite boulders and through clear turquoise shallows. On warm days, guests may swim, climb the Bonsai rock, and jump into the water. The tour includes lightweight fully carbon fiber paddles, NRS ion life jackets, and dry bags. Following the paddle, guests have 15 minutes to relax on the beach or use restroom facilities before returning by shuttle to the starting point for the final 15 minutes of the tour. Tours accommodate up to six kayaks; if more guests book, family members may paddle together in tandem kayaks. Larger groups require advance approval from the state park.

After paddling, guests have about 15 minutes to use the beach or restrooms before a 15-minute shuttle returns them to the shop.
