Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will leave on time, so please be punctual. We are not responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed. The itinerary and times shown are for reference only. Arrival times and the order of visits may change depending on traffic, weather, public holidays, crowds, and other conditions on the day. Under Japanese regulations, vehicle operation is limited to 10 hours. In the event of heavy traffic, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary may be delayed, shortened, changed, or some attractions may be cancelled. No refunds will be provided for such changes. No refunds will be given if you are unable to join, arrive late, leave the tour early, or withdraw for personal reasons. Guests who leave the group during the tour do so at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal safety and belongings. When the tour operates with a large taxi or minibus, a sightseeing driver will provide basic information in Chinese, Japanese, and simple English instead of a professional tour guide. If further English communication is needed, the driver will use a translation app to assist. Please note that this service arrangement is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund. For safety reasons, guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, or any other condition that may be affected by strenuous or highly stimulating activities should not participate. Guests who fail to disclose such conditions participate at their own risk. Snowmobile rides and other activities require an additional fee. Tickets must be purchased on-site by guests. Please prepare cash in advance. Meals and drinks are not included in this tour. Restaurants and shops at the attractions may be crowded during peak periods. For a smoother and more comfortable trip, we recommend bringing some light food, such as rice balls or sandwiches. Please also take your rubbish with you and help us keep the destinations clean. Due to traffic conditions, snowstorms, or other severe weather, we may occasionally be unable to visit Ningle Terrace. Thank you for your understanding. Snow activities are subject to weather, snow conditions, and on-site operations. The snowmobile activity may be adjusted or cancelled at short notice. In such cases, you can still enjoy interacting with small animals at the farm, as well as local food and ice cream. Illumination Viewing Information1. This tour includes visits to Shirogane Blue Pond and Ningle Terrace. During winter in Hokkaido, sunset times and illumination schedules vary depending on the month. The sightseeing order may therefore be adjusted according to the season, sunset time, and illumination schedule on the day of travel. Depending on your travel date, you may be able to enjoy the illuminations at both Shirogane Blue Pond and Ningle Terrace, or only at one of the two locations. The actual viewing experience is subject to the sightseeing schedule and illumination arrangements on the day.2. In the event of extreme weather, heavy snowfall, road closures, traffic restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary or sightseeing order may be changed at short notice, and certain attractions may be cancelled if they cannot be safely accessed.3. Please note that Ningle Terrace may occasionally be temporarily closed due to facility operations, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Such decisions are made independently by the attraction, and the tour operator is unable to control or guarantee its opening in advance. Thank you for your understanding.4. Provided that weather, road, and attraction operating conditions permit, we will arrange the itinerary according to the actual conditions on the day and make every reasonable effort to provide you with the most complete winter illumination experience possible. Guests joining the day tour are advised not to make fixed dinner reservations or other bookings immediately after the tour, especially if you have a flight on the same day.
