Overview

Experience Introduction I will teach everyone from kneading the dough, making the filling, rolling the wrappers, and then hand-in-hand guide you to pinch different styles of dumplings. Everyone will be engrossed, not only experiencing the exquisite craftsmanship of Chinese dim sum but also hearing the stories behind each dumpling. Friends interested in Chinese culture and language should definitely not miss this. Venue Introduction The venue is located on the bustling Huaihai Middle Road. Passing through an alley, my space is hidden at the end of the alley. It's a place where "great hermits live in the city," yet inside it's a spacious co-working area. Here, you can experience both the alley culture of old Shanghai and see the international and modern side of Shanghai. Experience Flow We'll start with self-introductions to break the ice, then begin kneading dough, mixing filling, rolling wrappers, learning how to pinch dumplings, and how to steam them. Afterwards, everyone will share the dumplings they made and take photos as souvenirs. This is also a vegetarian-friendly and gluten-allergy-friendly experience.

Highlights

These dumplings, which only appear at national banquets, are absolutely nowhere to be found in outside restaurants. They are not only beautiful but also delicious and fun.
Each dumpling has a unique name, and while learning to make them, you can also learn about Chinese culture.
