Late arrival, non-arrival or failure to contact will not be used as an excuse to request modification/cancellation of the order or refund! In the case of schedule changes or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or other force major, the operator has the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary If Paragliding cannot be carried out due to various factors on the day, please contact platform for a refund of adult: MYR 50/person, child: MYR 40/person. Refunds will not be granted if participants decide not to partake in the activity due to private reasons Any cancellation due to flight delays, illnesses, emergencies, etc. shall be able to apply for a full refund. However, sufficient evidence must be provided to prove that it is not a malicious cancellation of the trip Every participant is compulsory to participate in the guide's explanation and follow all instructions/arrangements based on the itinerary in order to ensure the tour can commence smoothly. For the Paragliding following conditions apply: A) Parental Participation: The child must fly in tandem with one of their parents or legal guardians in a specially approved harness system designed for small passengers. B) Parental Consent: A signed consent form must be completed by the child’s parent or legal guardian prior to the flight. C) Weather and Safety Limitations: Flights with children are subject to stricter weather and wind condition requirements. The final decision to fly rests with the certified pilot, who will assess conditions on the day. D) Age and Health Suitability: The child must be in good health and able to understand and follow basic instructions] ATV Arrangement (Complimentary): Guests will sharing one ATV (2 riders per vehicle). If a group has an odd number of guests, the odd-numbered person will be paired with the instructor. The complimentary ATV experience lasts approximately 10 minutes.
