Madrid is known for its lively food scene and traditional Spanish dishes. This two-hour cooking class takes place in a local kitchen where participants learn to make classic Spanish recipes. The session starts with making fresh sangría and tasting Spanish wine. Then, the group prepares a traditional Spanish tortilla followed by paella Valenciana, guided step-by-step by a Valencian host who shares family tips and techniques. After cooking, everyone sits down to eat the dishes together and finishes with a cup of coffee. The class offers a hands-on experience of Spanish cooking and culture. The nearby San Ildefonso Market is a recommended visit after the class. This activity includes the cooking class and wine tasting but does not cover gratuities.
