This 5-hour Magnetic Island Discovery Tour includes snorkeling on colorful fringing reefs and free use of stand-up paddle boards. The boat visits several of the island’s 26 beaches, which are set among granite boulders and Hoop Pines. All snorkeling equipment is provided, along with a lesson for beginners. Guests also receive UV suits or wetsuits for protection in the water. Morning tea is served onboard and includes biscuits, cake, and seasonal fruit. Coffee, tea, and bottled water are available, and guests are encouraged to bring their own drink bottles to refill at the onboard station. The tour features Master Reef Guides who provide education and storytelling about the Great Barrier Reef and local marine and bird life. Hosts Steph and Adam, who have over 39 years of experience exploring Magnetic Island, share stories about the island’s environment and history. The tour is designed to accommodate all ages and abilities, including those with sensory or mobility needs. Ferry tickets to Magnetic Island are not included in the tour price.
