Overview

Embark on a 3-day desert adventure from Marrakech to Erg Chegaga, exploring Morocco’s most breathtaking landscapes. Day 1: Travel through the Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, stopping at the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou before heading to Zagora. Ride a camel through the Tinfou dunes, enjoy a traditional dinner, and experience Berber music under the stars. Day 2: Visit Tamegroute’s ancient Koranic library and pottery kilns. Take a 4x4 ride through M’hamid to reach the vast Erg Chegaga dunes, where you'll enjoy a stunning sunset and overnight in a Berber camp. Day 3: Cross the Iriqui dry lake and follow the Paris-Dakar Rally route to Ouarzazate, before returning to Marrakech by evening.

[Attraction/experience] Very Chigaga, After tea with a Berber family – my family – you will enjoy a 4x4 ride to M'Hamid, a small village and the last town and Draa oasis before the big wasteland of Erg Chegaga, Sahara. [Accommodation] Very Chigaga; Embark on a 60-km off-road drive from M'hamid to the Erg Chegaga Dunes, enjoy a golden desert sunset, followed by a traditional dinner and a night in a Berber tent under the stars. Day 3 [Attraction/experience] Self-guided, Ouarzazate, Take a lunch break in Ouarzazate, then continue on to Marrakech passing from the amazing landscapes that connects Marrakech to the desert [Return] at [Marrakech,]() You can choose to return at the following times: 18:00.
