Note: PHP300/hour will be charged in excess of 10 hours if tour exceeds service hours due to clients’ request, payable directly to the driver. No charge will be applied if delay is caused by inclement weather or road conditions. Some considerations maybe given by the driver depending on the situation In most cases, Groups of 1 - 4 Persons will be served using SUV type of vehicle. If the client requests for bigger vehicle type i.e., AUV/Van, there will be a surcharge of PHP 500. Groups of 5 - 10 Persons will be served using AUV/Van type of vehicle. If for any reason that the available vehicle for Group of 5 - 7 Persons is SUV and with guest’s approval, the client will be entitled to a refund of PHP 500 Airport Pick-Up: A representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall holding a sign with your name. The driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour from the flight landing time. If you are late for more than 1 hour, please email or message to check if the driver is still available An additional surcharge of PHP 600/vehicle (up to 4 persons) and PHP 1000/vehicle (up to 10 persons) will be charged payable directly to the driver. Make sure you indicate the correct flight number. Missed pick-up services due to incorrect flight numbers will not be refundable.
