Overview

This two-hour motorized tour in Maui offers the chance to drive or ride as a passenger in a Can-Am Sport Max 1000, a four-seater off-road vehicle. A guide leads the group through various trails on the west side of the island near Lahaina. Safety equipment and the vehicle are included, but snacks and hotel transfers are not. Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Children aged 7 and older can ride as passengers when booked with a driver. Each participant requires a ticket, and closed-toe shoes and full clothing must be worn during the tour. Helmets and goggles are provided and mandatory. Guests should be prepared for dust or mud depending on weather. Certain health conditions and recent surgeries disqualify participants. Drivers must be over 25 to operate vehicles carrying minors under 18.

This location consists of over 1,400 acres of riding terrain with the most breathtaking views of the ocean. Maui Off Road Adventures has partnered with the Pu’u Kukui Watershed Preserve to not only offer one of the most amazing riding experiences ever but also to educate our guests on the beauty and importance of this beautiful preserve. It is the home to plant and animal species that exist nowhere else in Hawaii, let alone the rest of the world. It’s also one of the wettest spots on earth. This 2 hour adventure tour combines amazing riding conditions with breathtaking scenic views of the ocean combined with total immersion into Hawaiian culture and pristine nature. Every passenger must be included on the booking.
