The tour lasts three to four hours and begins at Parque Arví, a 16,000-hectare natural area located in the corregimiento of Santa Elena, Medellín. Participants travel to the park by the Arví Tourist Cable, which is 4.6 kilometers long. From Parque Arví, the group takes a minivan along the Camino Arriero route, following the historic muleteer path through the forest reserve. A motorcycle-chiva ride is included on this route to reach Don Leandro Coffee Farm, situated at 2200 meters above sea level in the Arví Park forest reserve. At the farm, visitors learn about the cultivation of high-altitude coffee and the entire coffee production process. The tour continues at the ancestral coffee beneficiary, where the traditional coffee processing methods are demonstrated. Next, the group visits the ancestral coffee preparation laboratory to see various traditional brewing techniques. After the coffee experiences, participants enjoy a coffee spa that includes an ancestral coffee steam bath therapy and a Naox Bath, which is a water therapy using mineral spring water infused with coffee pulp and mucilage. Coffee flower tea is served for refreshment during the visit. The tour concludes back at Parque Arví with time to appreciate panoramic views of the park and surrounding landscapes.
