Prague's Old Town Hall contains an extensive underground network older than the building itself. This 2-hour cultural walking tour explores the medieval subterranean halls, passages, and tunnels beneath the Old Town Hall, including original Romanesque and Gothic houses and an ancient street. The underground complex is the largest of its kind in Prague. The tour also passes the transition area where the Old Town meets the redeveloped Jewish Quarter, highlighting how Prague expanded vertically over time. The visit includes entrance to the Medieval Underground of the Old Town Hall and the underground area of Angel's College. The route begins with about an hour spent in the Old Town Hall’s underground section, then continues with a walk through Staromestske namesti square, followed by entrance to Angel's College underground for approximately 20 minutes. Bottled water is not provided and must be brought by participants. The tour is not suitable for travelers with reduced mobility.
