June 26th - July 19th Itinerary 11:00am | Depart from Melbourne The Chinese driver guide will pick up guests at the designated meeting point, then drive to the historic city of Ballarat to begin an exciting winter-exclusive tour. 12:30pm – 5:00pm | Free exploration of Sovereign Hill Gold Mining Town Arrive at Australia's most famous gold rush themed attraction – Sovereign Hill. Visitors can freely experience: Gold Panning Underground Mine Tour (During the festival, mine experiences can only be booked on the day, no advance reservations are available) Gold Pour demonstration Coach rides 19th-century gold rush town atmosphere Traditional artisan quarter and historic buildings Lunch is at your own expense, available at restaurants or cafes within the park. 5:00pm – 7:00pm | Winter Wonderlights Festival As night falls, Winter Wonderlights officially begins. The entire gold mining town will transform into a magical winter wonderland: Main Street light show Architectural projection performances Christmas themed decorations Snow effect experience Winter festive activities Visitors can freely stroll through the light-decorated historic streets and experience Australia's most iconic winter festival. 7:15pm | Gather for return journey After the wonderful Winter Wonderlights experience, gather and return to Melbourne by car. Approximately 9:00pm | Arrive in Melbourne Arrive at the city meeting point, concluding a pleasant journey.
