Overview

This Mexican cooking class takes place in Playa del Carmen and lasts about five hours. Chef Coty, who has over 14 years of experience teaching cooking to more than 6,000 students worldwide, leads the class. Participants choose to prepare either one course or a full three-course Mexican meal. The class covers practical cooking techniques that can be used in everyday cooking. During the session, there is also a tasting of tequila and mezcal. Dinner is included and served at the end of the class. Vegetarians and vegans are welcome, but it is important to inform the instructor in advance of any dietary restrictions or food dislikes to ensure the menu is suitable. Transportation to the venue is not included.

Come to Co.Cos to learn how to do an authentic 1 or 3 course meal class in the home and school of the Chef, who has been teaching people from all over the world for more than 14 years! We offer two options: - 1 course meal class on Tuesdays or Thursdays which lasts about 3 hours - 3 course meal class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays which lasts about 5 hours Our fully equipped kitchen is the only cooking school in Playa del Carmen with cooking stations for everyone to cook their own meal. Sit, relax and enjoy your food with wine and beer. Learn about fresh and dried peppers. And finish the class with a lesson and tasting on tequila and mezcal. If you are a foodie, hobby cook or even a chef, this is an experience you can not miss! ***As an extra note, our minimum people to open a class is 2. So if you are a solo traveler, please ask for availability before booking.
