Overview

This cultural tour in Mexico City lasts about two hours and centers on the Frida Kahlo Museum, also known as Casa Azul, located in Coyoacán. The tour begins at a local café where the guide introduces Kahlo’s life, art, and legacy. Then you enter the museum with the guide and explore its rooms, seeing her paintings, personal items, photos, letters, and mementos related to her life with Diego Rivera. You will view her bedrooms, medical corsets, and the collection "Las apariencias engañan" featuring her dresses. After the guided portion, you can continue exploring the museum on your own and ask questions before or after. There is an option to extend the visit by two hours to include either the Anahuacalli Museum, designed by Diego Rivera, or the Studio House created by Juan O’Gorman.
