Ticket: Redemption information - Exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at Miami Water Taxi. Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk directly ahead to the water. Once at the water - turn right and head towards the Hard Rock Cafe. Water Taxi dock is down the stairs on the left at Mambo’s Bar, just before the Hard Rock Cafe. Check in with the Water Taxi staff as soon as you arrive. - Exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at Miami Water Taxi. Enter Bayside Marketplace and walk directly ahead to the water. Once at the water - turn right and head towards the Hard Rock Cafe. Water Taxi dock is down the stairs on the left at Mambo’s Bar, just before the Hard Rock Cafe. Check in with the Water Taxi staff as soon as you arrive. - Please aim to arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time as parking and transportation can cause delays. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM. There is a $15 per person rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. There are no refunds - Paid parking is available at the Bayside Marketplace Parking Garage or at meters around Bayfront Park. There is valet parking behind the Hard Rock Cafe - If you decide to hop off the boat in South Beach, you will need to reserve a return boat time with the captain on the boat before you disembark. On the last departure each day, if you hop off in South Beach there is no return boat later that evening.

Add adventure with the double-decker bus combo, with stops for hopping on and off in Little Havana, Wynwood Walls and South Beach. You can also add a 4-hour Everglades trip with return transportation from South Beach.

Wheelchair passengers must be able to stand to board the boat. Paid Parking is available at Bayside Marketplace or at meters around Bayfront Park. If you purchased a combination with the Hop-on Hop-off Bus Ticket – your activity voucher will act as your voucher for check-in with Miami Double Decker. The Double Decker City Bus Tours depart at least every hour from 9.00am - 3.30pm from 305 Lincoln Ave, and 10am - 2.30pm from Bayside Marketplace.
