Swimming skill is not required to participate as the operator provides high-standard safety equipment and experienced instructors to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience Important: No single-use plastics are allowed when visiting Ha Long Bay Extra bed will be arranged for booking with 3,5,7,9. pax. You can book a single cabin or pay a surcharge for a single supplement cabin The operator will contact you latest at 17:00-20:00 1 day before your travel date to confirm your booking and provide detailed information Child age is calculated based on the year of birth. One child aged 0–3 years old stays free per room; an additional charge applies to the second child in the same room. Each cabin can accommodate a maximum of 2–3 guests, depending on the cabin type and cruise. In case the selected cruise is fully booked or unavailable, the cruise operator reserves the right to arrange a similar or equivalent cruise with comparable cabin standards and services. The replacement cruise may differ from the originally selected cruise in terms of cruise name, design, itinerary details, or facilities. Before your departure date, our operations team will contact you to reconfirm the booking details and request any additional information if necessary, including passport details, the permitted duration of stay in Vietnam for visa-exempt guests, or the visa expiration date for guests traveling with a visa. During the rainy and typhoon season, Halong Bay cruises operate only with approval from the Halong Bay Management Authority. If the overnight cruise is suspended due to weather or safety regulations, the supplier will arrange the most suitable solution whenever possible. Refunds apply only to unused services. If guests return to Hanoi, VND 600,000/pax for round-trip transfer will be deducted. If a Halong Day Cruise is arranged instead, VND 1,500,000/pax will be considered used and deducted from the refund. An extra charge of VND 1,200,000 per person applies for travel on Aug 31 – Sep 2; Dec 23 – Dec 25; Dec 30 – Jan 1, 2027; Feb 3 – Feb 11, 2027; payable directly on site.
