After the pasta making session, there is a demonstration of gelato making using seasonal ingredients. Starting March 1st, 2026, the dessert demonstration changes to tiramisù instead of gelato. Once the cooking is complete, guests sit down to enjoy the meal they have prepared, accompanied by wine and soft drinks. The class includes a digital recipe booklet to recreate the dishes at home and a graduation certificate.
