Overview

This culinary class takes place in Milan and lasts about three hours. Participants learn to prepare traditional Italian dishes, focusing on fresh pasta such as ravioli and tagliatelle. The class is led by an experienced chef who provides hands-on instruction. After the pasta making session, there is a demonstration of gelato making using seasonal ingredients. Starting March 1st, 2026, the dessert demonstration changes to tiramisù instead of gelato. Once the cooking is complete, guests sit down to enjoy the meal they have prepared, accompanied by wine and soft drinks. The class includes a digital recipe booklet to recreate the dishes at home and a graduation certificate. The menu may vary slightly depending on the season and can include pasta sauces and cheese fondue. Vegetarian and alternative recipes are available with advance notice. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The class is not suitable for people with celiac disease and is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are not allowed, and gratuities and transportation are not included.
