Overview

Cruise along California's spectacular coastline on a relaxing day trip from San Francisco. You'll get the opportunity to come up close to what has to be one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world. Our route will take you south on Highway No 1 through the beach town of Santa Cruz and features one spectacular view after another. Following a morning of winding down the coast, we'll stop at Monterey, setting of John Steinbeck's famous novel Cannery Row. Here if you wish you will have time to visit Monterey Bay Aquarium. More than 250,000 creatures fill over 200 spectacular galleries and exhibits, including a walk-through aviary, a three storey kelp forest, penguins, and a million gallon Outer Bay display. There will also be plenty of time for some lunch and shopping in this picturesque coastal settlement. After a drive along the 17 Mile Drive with its gorgeous seascapes and chances to spot wildlife, passing Pebble Beach golf course, the Lone Pine, and some of the best coastal panoramas in the world, we will stop in the gallery/restaurant district of Carmel-by-the-Sea and give you enough photo opportunities along the way. Then leaving the natural world behind we’ll head for the future as our tour leads us through Silicon Valley, the high tech capital of the world, before we return back to San Francisco.

Hotel pick-up service is provided to most hotels in downtown San Francisco and the Fisherman's wharf area.Guests will still have to exchange coupons for service at the SkyLine Sightseeing San Francisco office at 2724 Taylor St (between Jefferson and Beach St). The bus will stop at the office before the tour departs. Minimum of 6 people necessary to operate the tour. In the event that there are not enough people, the supplier will notify us, in order to cancel or reschedule the tour. Please redeem this voucher with Skyline Sightseeing at least 72 hours prior to departure by online check-in via: the operator to receive your specific departure location and further details for your tour. If there are any issues with the online check-in, please email the email on your voucher with the booking number and date of the tour. If you booked a hotel pick-up, please reconfirm directly with the operator at least 5 days in advance by following the instructions on the ticket after checking in online. You will then receive your specific pick-up time accordingly
