Additional info

The Boys' Choir (Escolania) schedule: If you've selected the Boys' Choir product, please note that the 1:00 PM time slot corresponds to the Escolania boys' choir performance. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Access to the Chapel of Our Lady (Black Madonna) is only available after 3:00 PM. Dress modestly: As an active religious site, Montserrat expects shoulders and knees covered; shorts and sandals are discouraged, and a face-covering rule has applied at times — check current guidance before you go. Weekend and holiday entry to the Black Madonna is time-slotted. Booking online in advance is the standard recommendation to avoid long queues or missing the viewing window entirely. Mornings and late afternoons are best for visiting. Midday can get both crowded and hot, especially in summer; early or late visits also give better natural light for photos.
