This Moroccan cooking workshop in Marrakech is led by a traditional Moroccan cook, called a dada, with translation into Arabic, English, or French. It takes place near the Riad-Hotel La Maison Arabe or in quiet secret gardens away from the medina's crowds. The workshop uses individual workstations equipped with modern tools and only fresh, high-quality local ingredients. There are two options for the workshop. The express session lasts about one hour and is offered twice daily at 1:30 pm and 6:30 pm, focusing on preparing a Moroccan dish quickly. The longer workshop lasts three hours and is held twice daily at 10 am and 3 pm, providing more time to learn and cook. The workshop includes afternoon tea, live entertainment, lunch, live commentary during the session, and tasting of the food prepared. Drinks and transport to and from the venue are not included. Children under 12 are not allowed for safety reasons. A multilingual guide may also assist during the workshop.
