Please be aware that the flower or autumn foliage viewing season may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. After the tour group is formed, the tour will proceed as scheduled regardless of the blooming/autumn foliage situation. Due to weather conditions, there is a possibility that a full view of Mount Fuji may not be possible. This tour involves long travel times, so those with fluctuating health conditions (such as pregnant women) should assess their own health before participating. The Korean-speaking guide service will remain unchanged; however, the onboard tour narration will be primarily in Chinese/Japanese. We appreciate your understanding. Exclusive Korean-speaking Guide | Classic Mount Fuji Day Tour (Minimum 16 Participants). If the number of participants is less than 16, you may be traveling with guests of other nationalities. The Korean-speaking guide service will remain unchanged, but the onboard tour guidance will be primarily in Chinese/Japanese. We appreciate your understanding. The Konohana no Yu hot spring facility is exclusively for guests who have purchased Plan C or D. Please be aware that participating in Plan C or D will shorten your shopping time at Gotemba Outlet. Important Information Regarding Admission to Konohana-no-Yu Onsen: 1. Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside the Konohana-no-Yu Onsen facility. 2. Refunds will be issued in the event of unscheduled closures due to facility maintenance, etc. 3. For safety reasons, infants under 3 years of age and children in diapers are prohibited from entering the large communal bath. 4. In accordance with Japanese customs, individuals with tattoos are prohibited from entering the onsen facilities. Tattoo-covering stickers (6cm×10cm, ¥300 including tax/sheet) are available for purchase on-site. During the tour experience, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with other members of the tour group, subject to the arrangements made by the tour leader and the facilities on the day. For those wishing to use the private hot spring at Kino Hana no Yu, please note that the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic conditions on the day. Therefore, if you wish to use the private hot spring, please book Plan A, B, or E, which do not include the public hot spring, and inform the tour leader on the day. The service staff will assist in inquiring whether there are any available private hot spring rooms on the day, and then assist guests in ordering the private hot spring. If you book Plan C or D, refunds will not be given for the difference if you wish to add a private hot spring on site. Bus seat assignments are subject to on-site arrangement and cannot be specified. Thank you for your understanding. During the autumn foliage season from November 1 to November 23, visits to Oishi Park will be suspended and replaced with visits to the Kawaguchiko Maple Corridor. Each passenger is limited to one 28-inch suitcase if carrying large luggage. Being late, not showing up, or failing to return to the meeting point at each stop on the itinerary by the scheduled time will be regarded as a voluntary withdrawal from the tour, and no refund will be issued. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an accompanying staff member will be arranged to provide full travel services. The service languages are mainly Chinese and Japanese.
