Emails may sometimes go into the spam folder. During peak travel season, email delivery may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time on the day of departure, look for the JRT tour guide flag, and ask for assistance. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Dear fellow travelers: We are about to embark on a "Mount Fuji + Hakone" walking extravaganza! It's going to be high-energy all the way, so let me slowly reveal the spoilers Hakone Shrine & Lake Ashi Torii - A high-value couple where gods compete for beauty! Hakone Shrine is one of Japan's "most powerful" shrines! For those looking for love, a love charm is a must-have! Hakone Pirate Ship (self-pay 1700 JPY) - Possessed by the spirit of the Caribbean! This ship looks like Captain Jack's ride, but we're not here to steal treasure, only the scenery! Feel the wind on the deck while admiring Mount Fuji, and the shimmering lake surface looks like it's sprinkled with glitter, making your maiden heart burst with excitement💥! Aerial Cable Car - A roller coaster over a volcano! Hold on tight! The cable car will take us soaring over Owakudani, where sulfur smoke billows. The ground below looks like a boiling hot pot, and the thrill is comparable to riding a roller coaster! On clear days, Mount Fuji is so close you can count the snow lines. Don't panic on rainy days - the misty atmosphere is like a scene from an immortal's cultivation, and every photo you take looks like a "Spirited Away" spin-off. Owakudani - The Black Egg Legend of Hell's Kitchen Eating one of these hellish black eggs here extends your life by 7 years! Don't be afraid that it looks like a lump of coal; peel it open, and the yolk is incredibly fragrant. Volcanic mud masks can be applied on the spot! After applying, your pores will be so fine you could stick a flower in them, but be careful not to let your companions take a blackface photo🤣 Lake Yamanaka Swan Beach - The Swan Prince's Selection Site! The swans here pose better than humans! When you feed them, they'll bow, tilt their heads, and flap their wings - they're absolute drama queens! Hidden photo spot: Crouch down in the reeds by the lake, and Mount Fuji will be perfectly framed between the swan's wings, creating a stunning composition. ⚠️ Travel Notice August 8th to August 16th is the peak travel season for Japan's Obon Festival, which may lead to traffic congestion, large crowds, attractions closing early, or changes in itinerary times. Please do not book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen for the same day, and it is recommended to bring a power bank. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

If cable cars, cruise ships, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, the itinerary will be changed to visit other attractions or adjust the stopover time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals due to personal reasons, temporary changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by the individual. Season and Scenery Mount Fuji's visibility is highly affected by weather, especially in summer when visibility is lower. It is recommended to check weather information before booking. Seasonal activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks festivals are greatly affected by climate. The blooming period and peak autumn foliage may be earlier or later. Even if the expected scenery is not met, the tour will proceed as normal, and no refunds will be given. Other Notes Please arrive at the meeting point on time. No waiting for latecomers, and no joining midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain itineraries, please bring your own warm clothing. The itinerary does not include personal travel or accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks. Travelers are advised to register cautiously based on their health conditions. After the tour departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refund will be given, and travelers will be responsible for their return journey or additional accommodation expenses. During Japanese public holidays and peak weekend travel, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening, and to bring light snacks and a power bank.
